About Hope Floats For Veterans
Hope Floats for Veterans, Inc. provides a donated 62-acre parcel with a 10-acre lake and heavy equipment located in Clio, Michigan. We are putting in an organic permaculture food forest, community gardens, and building floating homes (houseboats) for the benefit of Veterans. We Provide Food, Housing, and a Brighter Future for Veterans Who Courageously Served! We offer a hand-up, not a handout! A sanctuary for healing trauma as part of a work-study-release-community service program. We provide food for the hungry and housing for the homeless while building our veteran community!
