The purpose of Hawaii Veterans Memorial Fund is to help relieve the state of Hawaii from its obligation to educate those of its residents desiring to obtain a higher education by providing undergraduate scholarships to Hawaii residents attending college at a school within the university of Hawaii system or graduate scholarships to Hawaii residents attending any graduate school within the united states.
