The Mission of the Georgia Veterans Day Association is to honor our Veterans and Active-Duty Military in addition to educating our fellow citizens on the service and sacrifice of our men and women who wear and have worn our Nations uniform. We accomplish these goals by organizing and hosting our annual Veterans Day events. We are pleased to announce that the 41st Annual Georgia Veterans Day Events (Georgia Veterans Day Parade in Atlanta, Observance Ceremony at The Battery Atlanta, and Veterans Festival at The Battery Atlanta) proudly presented by the Georgia Veterans Day Association, Inc., will be held on Saturday, November 12th. In addition, we are excited to be back at the Oceans Ballroom of the Georgia Aquarium as we present our annual black-tie Freedom Ball that evening. We are an all-volunteer force that proudly works on behalf of our veterans and we encourage you to participate in our yearly events.
