Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hall at 1101 E. Cleveland Boulevard in Caldwell, Idaho, is an important community resource center for the veterans of West End Treasure Valley. The Articles of Incorporation for the organization were established on March 3, 2014. The Articles of Incorporation describe the primary purpose of this corporation is to promote programs and activities that strengthen our community and thus contribute to the fostering of camaraderie, the partnership of organizations prepared to provide a wide variety of programs and services to assist with education, employment and career development, counseling and health care issues, family programs, homelessness, addictions, abuse, and humanitarian needs for a large group of people that are underserved and limited at times because of handicaps, economic issues or ability to get through the often confusing complicated processes.
